5.4 Summary & Conclusions

We have shown how the Derivatives of a Data Stream are formed. We have further seen the differences in setting up a Derivative from a Continuous or Discontinuous Data Stream. We looked at a general equation for two types of derivatives, scalar and directional, called Deviations and Directionals. We derived simplifications based upon two Change Series, the Scalar Series and the Vector Series. See the Deviation or Directional Notebook for more information on these Derivatives. See the Fractional Notebook for the Fractional base to these Derivatives.
