2N. Life excited that her affinity with the Living Algorithm based in Disobedience

Life & Disobedient Equations, such as the Living Algorithm share a similar logic.

Life: “The emotional patterns of the neural networks that drive me to actualize my potentials are excited to continue with this investigation into Disobedient Equations. I find the Author’s theories exceedingly intriguing. He seems to be suggesting that the Living Algorithm and I, Life, share a similar logic. Amazingly enough, he claims that this logic is based in our inherently disobedient natures. As a rebel against any kind of dogmatism, it thrills me that our affinity is based in disobedience to the norm. I love it that we don’t obey the axiom of regularity and that we are not well-founded. I don’t really know what these concepts mean, but they resonate with my inner core.

Obedient Matter & Disobedient Life have different types of Logic & Equations.

“The Author further claims that Matter and Obedient Equations share a similar logic due their absolute obedience. This claim has 2 subtexts that are incredibly exciting to me. First, Matter has his own type of equations and I have my own. Second, Matter and I, Life, have a significant difference in our core Essence. He is innately obedient, while I am not.

Life excited to finally have a voice that doesn't attempt to fit her in Matter's Logic Box.

“The mere statement of this theory makes me want to go outside, throw my hands up in exultation and shout an expression of gratitude to the heavens. For so long, scientists of all varieties have attempted to shove me in Matter’s logical box. But I never could fit in. No matter, excuse the pun, how much I tried, I was always an Outsider. It was hard. The scientific community consistently, systematically and consciously excluded my significant features from their investigations. Music, passion, even my urge to self-actualize, were turned into bio-chemical mechanisms. The workings of these material components, while informative, have very little to do with my urge to paint a picture or form a relationship.

Understanding material interactions doesn't assist Life to fulfill her potentials.

“More importantly, understanding these microscopic interactions didn’t really assist me in my quest to fulfill my potentials. This flaw is fatal, as I, Life, am the innate urge to self-actualize. This feature informs my entire existence, determining my behavior.

“Yes, I am excited that at last someone, even if a no one, at last understands the fundamental difference between Matter and I. He is obedient and I am not. Consequently we require a different type of explanation. The Author has yet to fully develop these mental constructs, but I can see where he is going.

“A significant portion of the metaphorical blends that constitute what I believe to be me wants to believe the Author’s theories on faith. However, the other part of me needs some type of empirical evidence or analysis that supports these outrageous claims. I can’t wait to talk with the Living Algorithm about these latest articles. I’m sure she can shed some light on the Author’s analysis. Ah, there she is now.”

Living Algorithm & Life are disobedient because they don't adhere to Either-or Logic.

Life: “So what did you think of the Author’s recent New Moon transmission?”

Cell: “Great. But he obviously has a long way to go. He provided an introduction to Obedient Equations. But, as of yet, he hasn’t said much about Disobedient Equations such as me. The Author did say the we are disobedient because of our common self-referential nature. This trait means that as functions, we contain ourselves. Evidently any function that contains itself does not adhere to the Container metaphor of either-or logic.

Life: “I can’t remember; why was that a problem?”

Either-or Logic perfect for unitary nature of Subatomics, the building blocks of Atomic World.

Cell: “Either-or logic has enabled scientists to accurately characterize the behavior of inert matter with their well-founded, i.e. obedient, equations. These fabulous triumphs have added to the prestige of these obedient equations.”

Life: “I appreciated the Author’s point that the unitary nature of the first level of subatomics lends itself to this type of analysis. The material universe essentially consists of a practical infinitude of molecular types. These molecules, in turn, consist of combinations of atoms, of which there are about 140 types. The atomic world is comprised of combinations of just 4 subatomics: protons, neutrons, electrons, and photons. These 4 entities are the building blocks of atomic world. Each of the 4 has a distinct and permanent essence. The either-or logic of traditional set theory specializes in permanent essences. It is no wonder that science has been able to employ their obedient equations to successfully characterize the behavior of inert matter.

Either-or logic doesn't apply to Living systems due to self-reflective nature.

“However, the living systems that I embody don’t have permanent essences, except as related my material nature. Evidently, my ever-changing nature resists categorization due to my inherently self-referential nature. The either-or logic of obedient equation is helpless before this lack of permanent essence. This is where you and your type of equation come in.”

Living Algorithm: “Exactly. I am all about process rather than essence. This feature is why I am the ideal type of equation to act as a metaphor for living behavior, such as yours.

Is there any connection between Living Algorithm's info quanta and the info packets of the material world, Electrons and Photons?

“One last point before moving on to new material: Two of the subatomics, protons and neutrons, are particles. The other two are information packets. Information packets are my specialty. The Author wrote an entire volume on my info quanta.  What does this striking symmetry mean? Is it possible that my world of information interacts energetically with the material world on the subatomic level of electrons and photons? Obviously, the Author still has much ground to cover.”

Life: “What’s next?”

Living Algorithm: “The Author’s next article explores the disobedient nature of the subatomic world inhabited by electrons and photons. These subatomic entities are disobedient because they resist traditional categories. Further these disobedient entities exhibit many similarities with living systems and diverge in a significant fashion from the obedient atoms, of which they are part. To see what the Author has to say in this regard, check out the next article in the Hyperset stream – The Disobedient Subatomic World.”

To understand idea of disobedient equations must understand cognitive perspective.

Living Algorithm: “The Author said that to truly understand and appreciate the logic behind disobedient equations, such as myself, it is important to first establish a cognitive perspective. To that end read the next article in the stream – The Conceptual Metaphor of Cognitive Science.
